The quality of the product (CFFN-03) greatly impressed me. The condition and arrangement of the flowers were exceedingly meticulous, and the overall condition of the basket was excellent. The actual product was more impressive than the picture listed on the website, and has made my recipient's family extremely happy. I am very impressed with the quality and reliability of Orchard Florist, as well as the ability to fulfill orders on exceedingly short notice (my order time was tuesday midnight/early wednesday morning and the product was ready for delivery on thursday evening!).
