This page states the terms and conditions (the "Terms" or the "Agreement") under which you may use the Web Site and purchase products from it. Please read this page carefully. By accessing the Web Site you accept and agree to be bound, without limitation or qualification, by these Terms. If you do not accept any of the Terms stated here, do not use the Web Site. The Company may, in its sole discretion, modify or revise these Terms at any time by updating this web page. You are bound by any such modification or revision and should therefore visit this page periodically to review the Terms.

Purchasing of Products

All orders requested will be confirmed via e-mail or telephone.

All prices listed are in Singapore or US dollars

** GST will be based on 9% starting from 1st Jan 2024.

All prices shown on our website are excluding of standard delivery charges of $7 before gst, (ON 1st Jan 2024) and delivery is within Singapore during operating hours (excluding delivery to surrounding islands, airports and restricted areas).



We do not deliver to Marina Bay Sands, Airport (including Jewels), Cargo complex, Alps Avenue, Jurong Island, Ama Kheng, Shipyard & other restricted area.


** With effective from 1st Jan 2024, delivery charges for certain areas as below:
Standard Delivery Charge - $7 before GST
Delivery to CBD area (Shenton Way, Orchard) - $12 before GST

Delivery to Sentosa - $15 before GST
Delivery to Tuas - $12 before GST



Successful Online orders cannot be cancelled & refund once the payment has been made. If arrangements have already been made or delivery has been attempted, no refund will be entertained. Admin fees of 10% of the Total Sales Amount & the Credit card commission charges of 8% of the Total sales will be charge for cancellation, if the order has not been process yet.

For special requests outside regular operating hours, an additional surcharge will be levied. Please call us to check the surcharges.

A surcharge of S$12.00 before GST per attempt will be charged for every redirection and second attempt delivery.
** Important note: Customers are to ensure the delivery address is correct and updated in order to avoid redelivery charges. Orchard Florist are not responsible to call and ensure validity of delivery address especially during peak seasons or festive periods. 

Contact numbers have to be provided when placing orders, and will be called only in the event of unforseen circumstances. 

Due to overwhleming orders during the festive periods, delivery of festive hampers will usually take 2 to 3 working days to clear the delivery from the selected date, regardless of time slot chosen.

Personal orders must be fully paid before delivery. Payment can only be made by credit card, you may call our hotline +65 276 4486 to leave your credit card details or you may fax them to us at +65 276 4355.

Orchard Florist reserves the right to substitute appropriate flowers and/or gift item of equal value in the event that the flower/gift featured is/are not available at the time of ordering without informing due to tight delivery time schedule.

Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Management, on a case to case basis.
