It was indeed an amazing experience with Orchard Florist. I made a call to place an order for a get well basket. Was received by your staff, SY. It was a fuss free and delightful experience. SY sent me an image of the card wordings to confirm it as well acceding to my request of an image of the basket. Frankly speaking, SY did not have to do that but I was very touched by the extra mile that she has gone to ensure customer satisfaction. I was very happy to see the images and knew that the recipient will have the same feeling.
